These beautiful naturally-dyed silk ribbons are wrapped around a wooden spool. Each spool holds 100% Habutai Silk Bias Ribbon. The natural materials used to dye the silk make the ribbon color unique and one-of-a-kind.

Chiffon Sari Silk Ribbon: 6 yards

This chiffon sari silk ribbon yarn is a by product of silk sari manufacturing in India. These ribbons are handmade by women’s co-operatives in rural India from silk that would otherwise be destroyed and sent to landfill. Pure silk extras is taken and made into these beautiful chiffon ribbons.

Things to note:

-The width of the ribbon is 1 inch

-This silk is bias cut, which gives it a light drape and flow.

-There is a seam every two to three yards and are finished with silk thread

-Over time the raw unfinished will fray naturally and soften with wear.
